Kyu-Hyeon Yeom, Ph.D.

Kay (Kyu-hyeon) Yeom is an Assistant Project Scientist in the Black Lab. She received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. Kay is interested in the mechanisms of controlling gene expression through splicing changes, especially intron retention, during neuronal development, and the role of this regulation in developmental diseases.
